Origin: steppe plateaus of Central Asia and Kazakhstan
Description: The basic color is dark gray with a black “eel” stripe on the back. The underside of the body is light gray to white. Vaginal and anal opening in the female almost merges between the anus and the penis is the outlet for male distance of 1–2 cm.
Behavior: Hamsters are relatively tolerant coexistence suits them in pairs. Still, it is better to separate males from females pregnant, because it could eat pups. Sometimes babies will eat and females when under stress.
The care: In addition to feeding and bedding change not required, but with proper education is left to domesticate and take in your hand.
